Matt Pagh is a seasoned real estate and risk management professional with over 18 years of in-depth leadership in asset and portfolio management, underwriting, valuations, due diligence, affordable and senior housing, budgeting, investor relations, and financial analysis. He has experience across the multifamily, medical, office, retail and hospitality industry. He has overseen large multifamily portfolios throughout the Midwest United States giving him a wide range of market exposure. 

Matt’s focus centers around Risk Management, Investor Relations and Value Add Acquisitions for Rise Real Estate’s equity positions. This includes oversight of third-party property management, strategic revenue building and expense savings initiatives, investor & lender liaison, budgeting, cash forecasting, due diligence, and acquisitions.

Matt holds bachelor’s degree from Bethel University in Business Finance, with a minor in Small Business Management. He began his career at Great Lakes Management, working on commercial redevelopment, large multifamily and County HRA restructuring. He worked closely within the firm to deliver high occupancy standards and consistent rates of return.  From there he took a position with Integrity Insurance Group managing and developing their multifamily, commercial and medical portfolio.  In 2016 he took over as Managing Partner of the firm until it’s sale in 2020. 

During that same time Matt was a partner in the Victory Team at Acuity Group, a Commercial Real Estate and development Firm. He has been involved in the structuring and management of numerous real estate general partnerships. He has also been involved in almost every type of purchase over his career, whether it be multifamily assets, commercial redevelopment, or single-family dwellings. He brings a wide breadth of experience to the team as both an investor, as well as operator of multifamily properties. He has consistently managed to completion a very high number of transactions annually for many years.

Throughout his entire career Matt has helped model the 5 pivotal paradigms of City Transformation in each project he takes on with a strong passion to see cities and nations transformed.  Serving on the International Transformation Network’s Entrepreneurial Board as well as numerous other professional organizations, Matt’s passion is to serve. 

Currently residing in the Tampa area, Matt, his wife and 4 kids love to spend time taking in all that Florida has to offer.  Avid beach goers, they also are passionate about Hockey, Dance, Golf and are intense Theme Park enthusiasts.
